Taiwan IT iIndustry Wins Again
Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute has recently been awarded by the Wall Street Journal this week. Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute has won this prestigious award for it's invention in creating flexible and paper thin computer screens. The material is flexible, light and effective in it's purpose and can be embedded in newspapers or books.
Of the 600 other entries which were also assessed for the award by the Wall Street Journal, Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute was awarded first place. The competition which challenged many inventors in the IT industry, was to create a computer design that could be used as a computer screen that was no as rigid like the classic glass plates which have been currently used on laptops and desktop computers.
